Paranormal investigators Nick Moon and Daisy O'Reilly are on the trail of a supernatural killer! When the city's homeless begin turning up dead — often viciously slaughtered — it's up to Moon and Daisy to determine who or what is behind the attacks. Complicating matters are Moon's waning mystic abilities and a rival "psychic" spreading rumors of werewolves and serial killers. Join the paranormal team at Full Moon, Inc., as they take on a brand-new case!
Demon Squad: Tooth and Claw is a supernatural noir thriller blending gritty crime drama with pulpy horror fantasy. Shot in Alabama with a shoestring budget and massive fan support, the film embraces classic creature features, visual effects, and mythic world-building. It’s a loving nod to Kolchak the Night Stalker, Hellboy, and The X-Files — with Southern twang and indie grit.

Director’s Statement
“I’ve always loved folklore, urban legends, and monster movies. Demon Squad: Tooth and Claw came from that love — fueled by the idea of a supernatural case-of-the-week set in a very human world. It’s about people wrestling with the ordinary while facing the extraordinary. We shot this on a microbudget, powered by passion and community. We’re thrilled Demon Squad (2019) resonated — and are even more thrilled to be building this next chapter.”
-Thomas Smith, Director
Mystery Science Theater 3000 (season 13)
While Demon Squad (2019) drew praise from horror reviewers for its charming, genre-mashup take, it also faced criticism for low production quality and uneven acting. Demon Squad was featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000 (Season 13: The Gizmoplex), bringing it to a wider cult audience and highlighting its appeal. The film became a fan-favorite episode for its world-building, earnest performances, and practical effects. This exposure led to sequel demand and development, and global fan engagement.
