Backwoods Update
Post-production nears completion!
Almost exactly one year since principal photography, we have an update on Backwoods! We’re nearing the end of post-production, with the sound mix almost complete. Color correction and grading is currently underway. Once post is wrapped up, then we'll be off to festivals and distributors. More news to come, but in the meantime, here's a teaser poster:

The horror film stars Isabella Alberti (TNT’s Good Behavior) and Michael Anthony Bagozzi (Burnt Offering) and is directed by Thomas Smith (Demon Squad).

To sum up and paraphrase, for me a large part of what makes this film so much fun is that it’s story based rather than the plot revolving around wounds. While viscera are all well and good, it’s nice to follow a plot that is interesting in its own self.
